Star Design Heart Charm VINTAGE
A puffed heart patterned with stars against a backdrop of feathers. It makes me think of cabaret or fireworks. These sought after heart charms are often personalised with an engraved name on the back and this one is a wonderful example with 'Ruth' engraved in beautiful copperplate script. Marked STERLING, it is in lovely condition with only very minimal denting to the reverse (see images).
Age 1940s
Metal Sterling silver.
Size 15mm height; 14mm width.
Structure Puffy, i.e. hollow inside.
