Returns & Exchanges
Items purchased from Silver Star Charms may be returned within 14 business days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The cost of shipping the returned item is the buyer's responsibility and the item must be well packaged/protected to avoid damage in transit, and returned only via a trackable method. Responsibility will not be accepted by Silver Star Charms in the event of an item going missing in transit to us. Items returned for refund must be unworn and in their original condition. PLEASE DO NOT return items without prior contact via email (we will provide a code to include with your return, by reply) – return or exchange items received without prior contact will not be processed.
IMPORTANT Please note we do not allow 'Buy to Try' orders or returns. That is, ordering a number of charms with the intention of choosing a few and returning the rest. We are only a small business and don't have the capacity or stock to accommodate this way of shopping. However, we will gladly work with you via email and images to ensure you know what you are buying.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged or in some way defective, we ask that it be returned to us within 14 business days and we will refund the original purchase price, plus shipping costs, via the original method of payment. Alternatively, if you would prefer a replacement, this will be dispatched (subject to availability) on receipt of the returned item and a refund will be provided for registered post return shipping.
Please also note that special orders (ie a specially arranged order for a higher number of the same charm) are custom made and, as such, are not returnable.
Free shipping becomes payable on returned goods if the total of the order after the return drops below the original free shipping threshold.
