Antique Lucky Star Charm

An exquisite and very unusual Austro-Hungarian, gilded silver antique charm / pendant with a gorgeous glowing red guilloché enamel star against a white background and set with a tiny central seed pearl. The charm, which is well over 100 years old, depicts the hand-painted wording 'Er Sei Dein Glückstern', which translates to 'He Be Your Lucky Star', and surrounds the star. 

The charm bears the pre-1901 Vienna stamp; no metal purity stamp. I have not seen a lucky star charm in this particular design before.
