Silver Hare and Tortoise Charm

Two tiny charms—a hare and a tortoise—sit together on a shared ring to represent the fable of these two animals: A fast and overconfident hare stops for a nap during the race but the slow and steady tortoise wins in the end because of this. This beautifully detailed, two-part charm was made from 1940s-1950s. Though tarnished (which could be polished away), this charm is in lovely condition, retaining its delightful detail.
