Small diver down flag charm with enamel. Also known as a scuba flag, this flag is positioned on the water indicating that there is a diver below the spot. There are two versions of this flag, in North America it’s usually red with a white stripe from the upper left corner to the lower right corner, and internationally the code flag alfa/alpha is white and blue, used to signal that vessels should keep well clear at slow speed..
